Let's have a PCL/ZCO/PrimaGIS sprint early in 2006. IMO (SeanGillies), the 2006 FOSS4G conference in Lausanne is too far off (September).

Someplace that's not too expensive to get to, has a good environment for programming, and has inexpensive accomodations for 2-3 days.

Norman suggested Woods Hole, which gets too busy in the summer.
