allow scaling of font for the scalebar to be usable up to A0 dimensions

The current embedded scalebar is only using fixed fonts and therefore cannot be configured to increase it's size to be suitable for an A0 sized image.
I'm proposing that the rendering engine's render method will take a new parameter to specify the TrueType? font to be used. This will also mean that the interface in ZCO renderImage will also change.
Con, I think it might be time to consider adding a scalebar class to PCL. Among other things, it could encapsulate the font.
